Overview
Motor Control Center Panels (MCC Panel) are essential for controlling motors from a central location in large industrial and commercial applications. The MCC panels are a combination of multiple enclosed sections, each containing power contactors, protective relays, isolators, and other control and indication devices, with common busbars.

Types of MCC Panel
These panels are used for a wide variety of industrial applications, ranging from conveyor systems, water treatment plants, and manufacturing lines to large-scale commercial buildings, data centers, and hospitals.
The MCC panels are equipped with a range of devices, including VFD’s, PLC’s, metering, and other auxiliary devices as required. Various types of starters are used depending on the specific application requirements and capacity, such as DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, Auto Transformer Starter, and Soft Starter.
The motor can be controlled manually by using start/stop push buttons or automatically by providing external signals from sensors in the field/PLC in the same panel. The MCC panels also incorporate power factor correction panels to improve the power factor. In some cases, individual capacitors are used to improve the power factor of specific motors.
Protective devices are commonly used in MCC panels to protect the motors from various electrical faults, including motor protection relays, overload relays, under/over-voltage relays, single-phase preventors, earth fault relays, and phase reversal relays.

Benefits of MCC Panels:
